Thick creamy mango shrikhand , also known as amrakhand  is a refreshing  delicious and simple Indian dessert recipe made with thick yogurt, that is hung curd flavoured with sugar, saffron and cardamom & mango pulp. I have used fresh alphonso mango pulp, which gives the shrikhand a vibrant yellow colour.
