World's Best Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
My best Eggless, Chewy, Double Chocolatey & Gooey Cookies are the most perfect cookies you will ever make. These sweet beauties are made with wheat flour & loads of chocolate 🍫chunks.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1/3rd cup Butter (melted)
- 1/4th cup Caster sugar/Fine sugar
- 1/2 cup Light/Dark brown sugar
- 1/4th cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4th tsp Salt
- 1/4th tsp Instant coffee
- 1/4th cup Choco chips
- 1/4th cup Dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, take caster sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter. Whisk for 2 mins.
- Add milk and vanilla extract. Whisk for 2 mins.
- Sieve all dry ingredients: Wheat flour, Cornflour, Cocoa powder, Baking soda, Salt.
- Add instant coffee powder and combine & fold gently till all comes together. Don't overmix.
- Add choco chips and dark chocolate chunks and fold gently.
- Cookie batter is ready. Cover with a cling film and refrigerate for 30 mins.
- After 30 mins, take it out from the fridge and shape it into balls. Use a scoop or a spoon to get equal size cookies.
- Place the cookie balls in a baking tray lined with 2 butter papers to avoid burning from bottom or use a silicone sheet.
- Leave Space between cookies as they will spread while baking.
- Press the cookies a little gently. Don't flatten it.
- Put some chocolate chunks on the top of cookies and press a little.
- Bake in a Pre-heated oven @ 180* C for 12-13 mins for chewy cookies and 16-18 mins for crispy cookies.
- Once nicely baked, take out from the oven and add more dark chocolate chunks on top.
- Cool the cookies completely.
- Enjoy these chewy cookies with chocolate milk shake or a hot cup of coffee.
