2tspExtra virgin olive oil

1tbspChaat masala
1tspCarom seeds
1tspRoasted cumin powder
2tbspMint leaves(chopped)
Salad Ingredients
1cupChickpeas(boiled)
3/4thcupKidney beans(boiled)
1smallCucumber(sliced in half)
1smallOnion(sliced in half)
1smallTomato(sliced in half)
1smallCapsicum(sliced in half)
1/2cupPaneer/Tifu(cubed)
1/4thcupPeanuts(roasted)
Instructions
Tangy Minty Salad Dressing
In a small jar, mix lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper, chaat masala, carom seeds, roasted cumin powder, mint leaves, and shake well. Salad dressing is ready.
Salad Preparation
In a bowl, mix boiled chickpeas, kidney beans, cucumber, onion, tomato, capsicum, paneer/tofu, and roasted peanuts and combine .
Add the salad dressing to the mixture and combine gently.
