From the remaining oil from roasted potatoes, saute garlic & ginger for 1 min on medium flame.
Add onions and saute for 1 min. Once onion turns translucent, add capsicum and saute for 1 min.Add salt & mix.
Add schezwan chutney,tomato ketchup,chilli sauce,butter,soya sauce, red chilli flakes,mixed herbs. Combine.
Add roasted potatoes and combine well. Add sesame seeds & combine again.
Garnish with spring onion leaves & sesame seeds.
Serve hot and enjoy.
